Kanye West Video Test Signal

I like the fact that Kanye West keeps pushing forward with everything that he does. When you try new things and push yourself, there can be failures along the way, but those failures often lead to major discoveries and greater artistic growth. Kanye is constantly pushing the envelop. He's not sitting back on the "guns and cars" clichés of hip-hop videos. He understands that being stuck in replaying the tried and true visuals of a genre is limiting (just as much as sticking within the crowd is limiting too). Re-invention is a key component to an artists path.

Jonas Åckerlund x Pink

Jonas Åckerlund is one of the sweetest souls walking the planet, and one of the most creative - if you know his body of work you will definitely wander down a path to the shadowy side of the arts (as with all things truly sweet a dark side usually exists) - Really interesting video for the musician Pink that hints at Jonas' ability to see an illuminating light amongst the shadows... Check out more of Jonas' accomplishments here.
